help!

can't access my email, even online.

outlook saying error, so went to mail2web.com and it says I have an invalid password, and i know I don't. Is there something going on?

Hello,

Earlier in the afternoon of April 22, a high load was being placed on our server's database. As a result, load times were a bit slower. In the case of email, a slight delay can mean a connection time out. For example, if your email problem decides to cut off the connection after 10 seconds, but due to the load time increase the actual time required was 11 seconds ... you would get an error.

In any case, the issue has been resolved by our server team and I will post the exact details in a formal thread.
