Naturally, every email user wants to build distribution lists to save time and stress remembering everyone they want to email. Build multiple lists by replicating this process.
Click the "Window" tab and select "Address Book". This will open the Address Book windows. Select the "New List" button and enter the List Name (when you compose an email, enter this name in the "To" field, accessing the created list). Feel free to input information in the other fields as you require. Lastly, enter the various email addresses you want to include in the list. Don't worry about remembering all the email addresses; when you enter the first letter of the address a drop down box will appear and you may select the required address from the list. If you've not included someone's email address as part of your address book, manually enter the address.
