I agree with the first tip: have a website. Having a website doesnt just end in the designing and making it live. You could always look for ways to make it earn. SEO is one of the most profitablle ways to make a site earn nowadays.

It is best to blog about what you know. Doing so will help to ensure that you bring more and more site traffic to your blog and help to keep them there.
